I use them in all my Freet shoes

I use them in all my Freet shoes, and one pair has lasted me around 2,000 km while still being in relatively good shape. I’ve now bought a second pair so I don’t have to keep swapping the original ones between shoes. They soften the impact beautifully, and thanks to them I can walk more kilometres without pain.

Not much grip on the surface when sweating but comfortable.

Extra cushion

Have been wearing these in my Freet hiking boots for years as they give a bit of extra cushion on sharp stones, plus some warmth.
Bought this set for my son who has some other brand barefoot dress shoes that feel like 'walking on concrete'. We replaced the insoles with these OrthoLites. Perfect fit and the shoes feel much more comfortable.

Jury is out for now.

I wore them for the first time in the Chelsea boots yesterday but I didn't find them as comfortable with the insoles. Better without. It may be because the boots were a little more snug but I wasn't aware of that.
