All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse in Illinois, USA.
We offer delivery insurance, at checkout. Freet Footwear is not responsible if an item is delivered but then goes missing.
How much is Shipping?
USA Mainland
We offer free shipping to all United States mainland addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska, for orders over $50.
Your order should be picked and packed and ready for dispatch from the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time is on top of this.
Free shipping orders are sent via the most economic service and therefore this may mean longer delivery times
You can upgrade to an expedited delivery service if you wish at checkout at your own cost. Your order should be delivered within the times stated by each individual service.
Canada
We ship to Canada with DHL. The cost will depend on the order delivery location and weight - you will have options for different rates at check out. Duty and taxes will be shown separately and charged at check out so that there are no surprises with extra taxes on delivery.
How long will it take to get my shoes?
USA - Orders received before 4pm should be dispatched from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.
Canada - orders should be dispatched from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.
When the shoes have been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can check on progress.
Please check in email spam filter folder if you do not receive this information.
When will my order arrive?
We provide tracking numbers with all orders. Once a package with a tracking label has left our warehouse we no longer have any control over the shipping process. Please contact the delivery service and use the provided tracking number with any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package.
Where do we ship?
We ship to USA, all mainland states including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada from this website.
For delivery to UK, please use our UK webshop and Europe use our EU webshop.
Restrictions

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Any orders to be sent to a business, hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.
