The shoes are great.
The courier company, Evri, that Freet use are utterly useless.
I was told on several days that my delivery would be 14:30-16:30, for example, only to receive a later message, usually around 15:00, saying they couldn’t deliver and would try again on the next working day.
This continued for over a week.
In fact, the shoes were delivered 12 days after the first time I was told they were out for delivery.
It is virtually impossible to contact or speak to Evri directly and when I did eventually receive some email communications after leaving a very angry voicemail the various reasons given for the non deliveries contradicted each other.
When Freet became aware of the situation they contacted me to inform me that they would re-send my order, via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, and sent a return address label to return the original order should it ever turn up.
That delivery arrived in less than 48 hours.
So, thank you Freet for rectifying the situation promptly.
However, the question is, as, generally, delivery costs are borne by the customer, why not use Royal Mail or a more reliable courier in the first place.
Ironically, the original delivery arrived as I was literally writing a thank you email to Freet.
Interestingly, it was not delivered by an Evri operative but by a local independent/self employed operator.

Very comfy but dye my feet black so am not wearing them

I have been wearing them almost every day and they are quite comfortable. They are a little hard to get the strap in the buckle around the back but I am a larger person which makes that more difficult. The buckle just seems a little flimsy when trying to get the strap through it. It keeps moving around. Overall though I am enjoying the sandals!

Good quality and super comfortable. I have given them four stars because of the dye still coming out of them after a month of wearing.

They’re great. The sole is the right side of not too thin and the width is wonderful for my feet to spread out in properly. I had a problem with the first pair melting in the car and they were really helpful sorting this out straight away and as they weren’t fixable at the cobblers, they sent a new pair straight away. I also have the walking boots too and they have transformed enjoyment of walks for me as well now my toes aren’t rubbing together.
